Twilight as Starswirl (cardboard display)

This is is part of a bigger project i've had in the works for a year now (well, started last year, worked on it for about 1-2 days, and didn't resume until recent to be exact, lol)....3 holidays, 6 painted cardboard cutouts of popular characters, 2 for each to hang in the front windows.

After much debate, I decided Halloween would be My Little Pony themed (the Halloween episode to be exact). I *almost* did Hellsing, but decided to go with pony, as I felt it would be better to do something more recognizable. However, I will have some extra cardboard left, perhaps Hellsing can be next year.

As soon as I decided on pony, I HAD to do Twilight in her adorkable Starswirl costume, as both her and Fluttershy are my favorites. I have also decided what the 2nd pony will be and have already started on it, if you want a hint, its a "background pony". Hee hee.
This is actually far more awsome than it looks, my cruddy camera just doesn't do it justice. I even used special, extra thick and sturdy cardboard, so it can last for many Halloweens to come.

If theres a demand for a giant, cardboard display pony (or little ones), I might just make another one or two of these after the other 5 I have to make, and stick it up on ebay. Let me know in the comments if you're interested.
